Understanding the Monthly Minimum Shipping Requirement and Account Cancellation

When you sign up for Portland Prep Center's services, you agree to ship a minimum of 50 units per month to Amazon. This requirement helps us manage our limited warehouse space and ensure we can continue to offer services to all active clients.

Monthly Minimum Requirement

50 Units Per Month: Each client is required to ship at least 50 units per month into Amazon.
Charges for Falling Below the Minimum: For each unit shipped under 50, a $1 fee will be charged. For example, if you ship 40 units, you would be charged $10 (50 - 40 = 10 units below minimum, 10 x $1 = $10).

Why Is This Requirement Necessary?

Due to limited warehouse space, we can only accommodate a certain number of clients. Holding an inactive account—where no shipments are being processed—may prevent a new client from signing up. By enforcing the 50-unit minimum, we ensure that our resources are available for active users.

Canceling Your Account

If you no longer need our services, or if you're unable to meet the monthly minimum, please let us know! Canceling your account is the best way to avoid the fees associated with falling below the monthly minimum.

Feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you have any questions or need assistance with canceling your account. We're here to help!
