Where are my items? They say they were delivered?

* Please give our team up to 3 business days after delivery via tracking information (Monday-Friday) to check in the product before reaching out to your account manager.



* If it has been over 3 Business days, please provide your account manager both your tracking number, as well as an item list of products you were expecting.




If the shipments have gone 5 business days after a delivery says that it has been delivered by the carrier please reach out to us via our Instant chat.

An account representative from the warehouse floor will reach out to you ASAP to find any missing shipments/inventory.
